  WHAT’S IN THERE??

AS WE GAIN UNDERSTANDING OF THE NATURE AND ABILITIES OF GOD, WE GET AN INKLING OF WHAT ALSO THEREFORE MUST RESIDE IN US.

AS WE GAIN THAT KNOWLEDGE, WE ALSO CAN ALLOW TO BE REVEALED TO US HOW WE ARE TO USE WHAT GOD HAS PLACED IN US;

GAIN AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE ETERNAL PLAN OF GOD TO WORK WITH US TO COMPLETE HIS PLAN FOR THE UNVERSE,

AND ENJOY WHAT THE WORD CALLS “FELLOWSHIP” WITH OUR CREATOR, FOREVER. 

WE WERE CREATED FOR THAT AND “ABLE” TO DO THAT!

SO, LET’S LOOK AT WHAT’S IN THERE!

THE LOVE NATURE OF GOD IS IN US; ENABLING US TO LOVE GOD AND OTHER FOLKS.

WITH THE LOVE NATURE COMES COMPASSION (WHICH IS THE ABILITY TO PUT OURSELVES IN SOMEONE ELSE’S SHOES AND FEELINGS) AND THE ABILITES OF LOVE; WHICH EXHIBIT THEMSELVES IN FRUITS AND ACTIONS.  

THE ABILITIES OF LOVE WHICH EXHIBIT THEMSELVES IN THIS “FRUIT:”

Gal. 5:22-24 ²²But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, ²³Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. ²⁴And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 

AND, THE ABILITIES OF LOVE, WHICH EXHIBIT THEMSELVES IN THESE ACTIONS…
1 Cor. 13:4-8 ⁴Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, ⁵Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; ⁶Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; ⁷Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

⁸Charity never faileth: …...

SO, THESE CHARACTERISTICS, WHICH ORGINATE IN THE LOVE NATURE OF GOD, ARE ALSO IN US. 

Ø  THE GLORY OF GOD IS IN US.

I REMEMBER THE TIME MY WIFE SHARED WITH US THE GLIMPSE SHE WAS GIVEN IN THE SPIRITUAL REALM OF ATHER LADY'S “SPIRIT;” THE BRIGHTNESS AND GLORY THAT SURROUNDED THAT SPIRIT STICKS IN MY MIND.

WE HAVE EXPERIENCED, HERE IN OUR WORSHIP SERVICES, THE ANOINTING, WHICH IS THE MANIFEST PRESENCE OF GOD WITH HIS GLORY.

THE” GLORY” RESIDING WITHIN US GIVES US A COMPREHENSION OF WHAT WE ARE ENJOYING AND RESPONDS TO IT.

THE WORD TELLS US THAT “WHEN WE SEE HIM, WE SHALL BE LIKE HE IS!” IN REVELATION WE SEE HIM REVEALED TO JOHN WITH THE GLORY OF GOD ON HIM…AND THE WORD TELLS US, ”WE SHALL BE LIKE HIM”

1 John 3:2 ²Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

WE ALREADY ARE IN OUR SPIRIT MAN.

REMEMBER THE STORY OF STEPHEN? EVEN HERE IN THE EARTH THE COUNCIL MEMBERS SAW THE “GLORY” ON HIM…
Acts 6:15 ¹⁵And all that sat in the council, looking stedfastly on him, saw his face as it had been the face of an angel.

 

Ø  THE FAITH OF GOD IS IN US.

IF THE FAITH OF JESUS IS IN US, THEREFORE, THE FAITH OF GOD IS IN US!
Gal. 2:20 ²⁰I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. 

THAT GOD-KIND OF FAITH IS RELEASED BY OUR TONGUE…

CREATIVE POWER RESIDES IN OUR MOUTH

WHEN WE SPEAK, LIKE OUR CREATOR WHOM WE ARE CREATED “IN THE IMAGE OF,” FAITH, GOD’S FAITH IN US, GOES BEHIND THOSE WORDS TO CREATE THEM IN THE EARTH, IN OUR LIVES, JUST LIKE GENESIS ONE!

EACH OF US LIVES IN THE WORLD WE HAVE CREATED WITH OUR MOUTH!

Prov. 18:21 ²¹Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

THE TONGUE IS A CRITICAL PART OF THE ABILITIES WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN. AS AN EXAMPLE, LIFE, "ZOE," THE GOD KIND OF LIFE, ONLY CAME INTO US WHEN WE SPOKE OUT THAT “GOD IS THE LORD OF OUR LIVES!” THE TONGUE WAS KEY IN ACKNOWLEDGING THE REALITY OF GOD AND OUR DESIRE TO SUBMIT TO HIM. 

Ø  THE SPIRIT OF GOD IS IN US.

THE WORD TELLS US THAT WE NOT ONLY DOES THE SPIRIT OF GOD LIVE INSIDE US, BUT THAT WE ARE “INSIDE” THE SPIRIT OF GOD, AND THAT HE HAS GIVEN TO US THAT SAME SPIRIT TO COMFORT, GUIDE, AND REVEAL TO US.

1 Cor. 3:16 ¹⁶Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

1 Cor. 6:17 ¹⁷But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.

John 14:16-17 ¹⁶And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; ¹⁷Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

John 14:26 ²⁶But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. 

FINALLY, BECAUSE OF ALL THESE THINGS…

THE ABILITY TO “FELLOWSHIP” WITH GOD IS IN US.

THIS THROWS OUR SOUL IN “TILT!”

“FELLOWSHIP” INCLUDES PERSONAL COMMUNICATION WITH GOD (BOTH THE ABILITY TO TALK WITH GOD AND TO LISTEN TO HIM). IT ALSO INCLUDES THE ABILITY TO ENJOY HIS TOUCH AND PRESENCE. (THE ANOINTING)
